Summer Place Townhouses located on quiet east end of Panama City Beach, close to all major attractions. We are located one mile west of St Andrews State Park and three miles east of Shipwreck Island Water Park. There are six golf courses just minutes from our front door. Located in 18 unit complex, this two bedroom townhouse is just steps away from the heated pool.

Parking is right at the front door. We feel our townhouse is one of the best values for a family vacation at the beach that you will find anywhere.
With almost 1500 square feet, two and a half baths and two TV's, our townhouse is spacious enough for two couples to share and still have their privacy. Everything is furnished. All you need to bring is beach towels and your golf clubs. Our unit is for rent to families and mature adults. If you would like more information or details give David or Krystal a call.

Our Townhouse sleeps 7. We have two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own vanity area and a shared Shower and toilet. There is another Full bath on the first floor.
Large Washer and Dryer are in the Townhouse on the first floor for your use.
Relax in the evenings in the back lawn on your own tiled patio with grill.

RULES FOR SUMMER PLACE TOWNHOUSES ASSOCIATION
Association:
1. You must be at least 25 years old to rent at Summer Place. Proof of age is required.
2. No pets allowed.
3. Maximum occupancy is 7 Persons in a unit.
4. Please no loud stereos, radios or televisions at any time.
5. Each unit has two numbered parking spaces for your use. Please do not park in any
other parking spaces unless prior arrangements have been made through the Unit
Owner.
6. Please do not hang anything on balcony rails. A washer and dryer are in the unit for
our guests.
NOTE: Renters that are under 25, or have pets, or exceed maximum occupancy, or
create disturbances are subject to having their rental terminated with no refund.
Grounds and Pool:
1. Please do not remove pool furniture from pool area.
2. Please NO GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASS of any kind at pool area.
3. Make sure all small children are supervised at all times.
4. Please shower before entering pool.
5. Observe all safety rules while using pool.
Unit:
1. Please carefully open Vertical Blinds when using sliding glass doors. Do not open the
sliding glass doors without the blinds being opened first.
2. Please do not sit on furniture or beds with wet clothing, or tanning oil.
3. Please do not take sheets, bedspreads or blankets out of unit to pool or beach.
4. Report any damage to the Unit Owner immediately.
5. If you get locked out, contact the Unit Owner. Arrangements can be made to let
you in.
Arrival/Departure:
1. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Central Time
Check-out time is before 10:00 am. Central Time
2. Before leaving:
• Place linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels, No Comforters) in washer/dryer
area.
• Please leave dishes clean and put away.
• Remove garbage and place in dumpster located near the mailbox.
• Do not leave any food in the refrigerator.
We try to have nice accommodations for our guests. We want you to feel like this
is your home away from home. Please take care of it as if it were yours, and by all
means have a great vacation!!
