A modern kitchen also newly refinished with all brand new appliances with a black/stainless decor. Large sectional sofa to relax on as you watch your favorite movie or the Red Sox win a game. Comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom featuring a high output built in A/C if its ever humid. Nice sun porch that leads to the beach with a very comfy full sized futon. Music is wired both inside and outside on the deck. Soft, over sized hammock on the back deck to relax on as you listen to the waves or your music. Very desirable location, but still close to shopping, restaurants, town beaches and much more. The owner has thought of everything.
